Dear Burbank 111 Families,
I am pleased to announce the launch of our Student Help Desk for technology issues. If your child has an issue with their device or a program like Classlink, Teams or Seesaw, please use the Student Help Desk Form. The student, parent, caregiver, or teacher can submit the request using the form. Staff members are on hand each morning to address issues and will respond in the order the requests are received. Depending on the issue, a staff member may contact your child via Teams or will contact the parent/guardian directly.
