The new District 111 Web Help Desk has been finalized and is scheduled to go live on January 7, 2013. Prior to that date, an email with directions on how to access and use the new help desk system will be sent to all staff.
Until that time, please continue to use your district e-mail to send requests to HelpDesk@bsd111.org and one of the Technology Department Help Desk Staff Members will assist you. Help Desk requests are processed in the order in which they are received. There are over 2,000 computers and 4,000 users within District 111and only 2 staff members to serve your request. We ask that you please bear with us as we endeavor to address every request in a timely manner.
