Microsoft Office 2010

Microsoft Office is a proprietary commercial office suite of inter-related desktop applications and services for Microsoft Windows.  While each program serves a unique function, the various programs are also designed to work together as necessary.

Access is a database program that is useful for tracking & reporting varied and complex data.
Excel is a spreadsheet program, useful for tracking and reporting basic data. It is also used to make charts.
FrontPage is used to create and edit web sites. 
PowerPoint is used to create slide shows for presentation to groups of people.
  Publisher is an excellent desktop publishing program.  It is good for creating banners, certificates, newsletters, calendars and a variety of other projects.
Word is a word processing program.  It is mainly used to type out documents and letters and signs, although it is also useful for creating things such as labels, envelopes and fax cover sheets.
